Keep the mortgage lenders and insurers happy with tree surveys.
A tree survey is an assessment of a tree's health, checking for disease and decline and any signs of danger. You can think of them as MOTs for trees and are welcomed by would-be house buyers and estate agents when selling a house.
Tree surveys are also useful to have when challenging a tree preservation order (TPO) when essential work is required.
